A Love Story, Reimagined
Honey Ji began with a dessert created for Jessie and Sim’s Punjabi wedding: a fusion cheesecake that brought together familiar South Asian flavors and a classic favorite. Their guests loved it, and that joyful moment inspired Jessie to share her creations with a wider community.

After the pandemic, Honey Ji made the difficult decision to pause operations. The time away offered space to reflect, evolve, and rediscover what made the business special from the beginning: imaginative desserts, carefully selected ingredients, and the power of food to bring people together.

Now, Honey Ji is preparing for a new chapter. Relaunching in Washington, D.C. in Fall 2026, we’re returning with the same creativity and warmth that started it all—and a renewed vision for what comes next.
